WESTFIT PROGRAMMING
Our WestFit Programing is based off of the barbell with Strength being our specialty! We lift weights often prior to our circuit portion throughout the week.

Your unlimited membership grants you access to all WestFit class times, Weightlifting classes, and Open Gym!

Endurance friday
Here we start the weekend off with a nice long sweaty workout with all our Friday classes!
WEIGHTLIFTING
We offer resistance training classes for members that would like to take time and work on the more technical barbell movements.
Open Gym
We offer Open Gym hours Monday through Friday from 10-11:30am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2:30-4:30pm, and Saturdays 11am-12:30pm.
